Customer satisfaction is our goal. If, for any reason, a customer is not satisfied with a product, please return the unused product to Space Age within 90 days of the date purchased from Space Age for a refund/replacement. Credit will be calculated at 100% of the purchase price (customer is responsible for return shipping costs). If the product is defective Space Age will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

This guarantee applies only to products that have not been misused, intentionally damaged, discontinued or outdated.

Return Procedures
All returns must be authorized in advance by the Customer Service department. To have your return authorized Email Us. Please include a description of the return details, your name, phone number, email address, and the date purchased.
